How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after they're placed.

How much is shipping? A flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? You can return or exchange items within 4 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn and in their original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details.

Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Will I get a full refund? Refunds are processed for the cost of the item. If your order included any discount or promotion, that value may be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Care

Is your jewelry tarnish-free? Yes. Our pieces are made with premium stainless steel and gold-plated finishes designed to resist tarnish, rust, and fading with proper care.

Can I wear it in water? Many of our pieces are water and sweat resistant, but we still recommend removing jewelry before swimming or showering to extend its life.

How do I care for my jewelry? Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store separately in a soft cloth or pouch.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic? Most of our pieces are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel, making them safe for sensitive skin.
