Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and in its original condition
In its original packaging
Free from any signs of damage or use

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a reliable courier and keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within a few business days. Please note:

If your order included a discount or promotion (for example, free or reduced shipping), the value of that discount may be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
